Reading:

Just finished Iron and Magic by Ilona Andrews a husband and wife writing team.
The premise is very interesting. Phases of Magic and Tech wash over the land. Horses, as the protagonist points out, work no matter the phase. He has an arranged marriage with a Witch to fight off a villain who controls Vampires.

I liked it and read it fast. The only down side was the extreme goriness which I skipped over after the first two chapters. The romance was fine but a little truncated because they had so many battles.

I would probably read the sequel.

The only other part of the Magic/Tech world I had read was an amazing short story. This story was about a shape shifting tiger and jaquar. The main couple were amazing. It was more of a mystery (who cursed the old lady's house?) than it was a Medieval battle story.

in Night Shift "Magic Steals" Dali (shapeshifting tigress) and Jim (shapeshifting Jaguar)

It put me in the mood for paranormal romances, so I went looking on reddit for suggestions. Found a bunch of potentials.
